Relevant Career Credentials:
Training Consultant – Since 1993. Diagnosis and design of bespoke training programmes for a number of clients. Design, delivery and roll-out of various national health and safety training programmes in the public and private sector. Experience includes writing and mapping management qualifications in the National Qualifications Framework.
Management Trainer & Lecturer – Since 1993 much of her work has been in the field of management development, mainly operational and people management. The diverse range of delegates she works with informs her own practice in delivering both capability and competence based training.
Health & Safety Practitioner – 23 years experience in this role in a range of sectors and organisations. The role demands a high level of Continuous Professional Development and she continues to undertake relevant qualifications.
Facilities Manager – 11 years with hi-tech insulation manufacturer, responsible for a team of 20 support and maintenance staff. 3 years with US owned computer manufacturer responsible for 3 sites with a £1.5m annual budget and 15 staff. Principal of Total Facilities Management, established 19 years ago. Qualified in 1993.
